Already a member but forgot your password? Reset your password using the Forgot Password feature.

Once you begin the course, your progress will be saved and accessible in "My Courses" in the "My Account" Menu in the upper right of this screen.

What is my password?

To reset your password (or set it for the first time), follow the Forgot Password process from your Member Portal Login Page.

I logged out during a course or assessment. What happens?

Course and assessment progress is saved per page load and you may continue from the last access point once logged back in. However, for timed assessments, the clock continues even if you click into a new window or log out, so it is recommended to completed assessments in one sitting.

How do I purchase a course?

This is member’s only content. We welcome you to join as a member here to access content!

General Troubleshooting Tips

  • Did you login to the learning management system via the Login button in the top right corner? Even if you were logged in to the Member Portal, you must click “Login” in the learning management system to re-authenticate.
  • Did you attempt to access your course from the learning management system homepage or via Course List in the header menu? Learners must access trainings directly from one of these areas as your trainings will not appear under My Account > My Courses until after the course is started.
